Series AES-014 is the balanced seal without need for step sleeve. This seals are designed for media containing solids or with high viscosity. The springs are protected from media, thus no clogging of springs or springs compartment, resulting in high reliability.

Product Details:

Series AES-029 is single coil with rubber bellow mainly for use in wast water treatment plants in the sewage applications. The rubber bellow protects the shaft / sleeve from fretting. The bellows is not subjected to any torsonial stress. Torque transmission is through the spring and spring holder. Self aligning features accomodate abnormal shaft runout and primary sealing wear. The single coil spring will avoid effluent particles.

Series AES-032 The Spare with Single Spring design and is depended on the Shaft Rotation. Looking from Sliding Face of the Rotating Seal Ring is designed as right hand Spring for Shaft Rotation and vice-versa. In Spare ('O' Ring Type) is designed as Torque Transmission from Drive Collar to Spring and Seal Ring. In Spare ('V' Packing Type) is designed as Torque Transmission from Drive Collar to Spring and Seal Ring to be done through Sturdy Drive Lugs. These Seals is cost effective for Basic Application Equipment such as Centrifugal Pump and other Equipment with Rotating Shaft, Handling Crystallizing Slurry, Suspended Solid Slurry, Saturated Chemical Slurry and General Chemical Slurry.
